Reseller Report in the Arxus Portal

The Reseller Report in the Arxus Portal provides a comprehensive understanding of your revenue, invoiced accounts, and customer performance. Quickly access insights about your business growth, revenue distribution, customer contributions, and detailed analytics. You can easily switch views between your own reseller data and individual customer data to fully manage your reseller activities.

This article provides an overview of what you can find within Reseller Report in the Arxus Portal.


Prerequisites

To use the Reseller Report in the Arxus Portal you need;

  • Access to the Arxus portal with the appropriate permissions to use this feature.

  • Your company must have you activated this service with Arxus

How to activate?

If your company has this service active, and you still can’t use it, contact your company portal administrator (usually this person, is who in your company has “Full Role” rights to the users and permission section).


Where to Find Reseller Reports

To access Reseller Report:

  1. Log in to the Arxus Portal.

  2. At the top, near the Overview tab, click on the Report

From here, you can view your reseller data and easily switch between your data and specific customer data.


How to view your Customer Data

Use the Account Drop-down List within Reseller Reports to easily switch between viewing your data and your customers' data. Selecting a customer from this list displays data specific to that customer's revenue and performance and other insights.


Available Reports

Reseller Reports include four detailed reporting tabs:

Overview

Quickly view performance at a glance.

  • Revenue trends and invoiced account counts.

  • Revenue distribution across accounts.

  • Visualized summary of key performance metrics.

Details

Gain deeper insights into your revenue breakdown.

  • Revenue analysis by product (Modern Workplace, Azure, Hybrid, Customer Operations).

  • Detailed month-by-month revenue and growth comparisons.

  • Account-level revenue details and transactional analysis.

Account List

View and analyze your full list of accounts and their contributions.

  • Detailed account revenue figures.

  • Identify top customers and opportunities for growth.

Revenue Period Analysis

Compare revenue trends across different time periods and priority

  • Identify month-over-month and year-over-year trends.

  • Detailed product-level and account-level revenue comparisons.
