When you log in today, you will notice a cleaner, more intuitive layout designed to save you time. Here is what’s new:
A Personalized Dashboard: A streamlined welcome page that puts the most important actions—like browsing services or creating a case—front and center.
Track Cases at a Glance: The new "Track your case updates" section gives you a card-style view of your open tickets, letting you see the status and age of your requests instantly.
Find Answers, Faster: We’ve added Arxus Engage to help you find the info you need and quickly reach support. Also the new search functionality, allows you to search across our Service Catalog and Cases simultaneously to resolve issues without waiting for an agent.
Centralized Request Management: Whether you need Azure services, DNS-SSL, or hardware, the new "Browse Services" catalog makes it simple to find exactly what you need.
Arxus Engage; Arxus engage, with all of it's functionalities is also now available in the Service Management Portal
