To access the Customer Portal, you need the onboarding email sent to you.
Retrieve Credentials: Open the email from
[email protected]and click the secure link to reveal your temporary password. Note that this password is visible only once .Log In: Visit the Arxus Portal login page. Enter the username provided in the email and the temporary password .
Change Password: You will be immediately prompted to create a new, permanent password.
Set Up MFA: After changing your password, you must verify your identity. A 6-digit code will be sent to your registered mobile phone. Enter this code to complete the login
