To invite a colleague to work with Arxus, you must have the "Full Role" in Users & Permissions;
Navigate to Users & Permissions in the Customer Portal.
Select the Profiles tab and click + Add Profile .
Fill in the required information: Email, Salutation, Name, Job Title, and Phone Number .
Important: After creating the profile, you must go to the Permissions tab and click Edit Permissions to assign Permission Groups . Without permission groups, the user cannot access any services.
Once confirmed, the user will receive an automatic invitation email with an activation link.
