How do I invite a new user to the Customer Portal?

To invite a colleague to work with Arxus, you must have the "Full Role" in Users & Permissions;

  1. Navigate to Users & Permissions in the Customer Portal.

  2. Select the Profiles tab and click + Add Profile .

  3. Fill in the required information: Email, Salutation, Name, Job Title, and Phone Number .

  4. Important: After creating the profile, you must go to the Permissions tab and click Edit Permissions to assign Permission Groups . Without permission groups, the user cannot access any services.

  5. Once confirmed, the user will receive an automatic invitation email with an activation link.
