In the Arxus ecosystem, these roles serve different purposes:
Users: These are individuals who actively log in to the Arxus Portal. They have credentials and can access applications (like Azure or M365) based on their assigned permission groups .
Contacts: These are the official points of contact for communication and governance. They do not necessarily need to log in to the portal, but they receive critical notifications regarding contracts, security, or support .
Note: A single person can be both a User and a Contact.
