These views offer insights into the current status of vulnerabilities, track their history over time, list known risks with their ratings, and provide detailed information on open vulnerabilities. Additionally, the portal enables you to compare vulnerabilities across various dimensions, prioritize remediation efforts, and export reports for tracking and optimization analysis.
Prerequisites
To use Vulnerability Management in the Arxus Portal you need;
Access to the Arxus portal with the appropriate permissions to use this feature.
Your company must have you activated this service with Arxus.
How to activate?
If your company has this service active, and you still can’t use it, contact your company portal administrator (usually this person, is who in your company has “Full Role” rights to the users and permission section).
Overview
Within Vulnerability Management in the Arxus Customer Portal you can monitor and analyze your system vulnerabilities with detailed views such as:
Current Status: Provides an overview of critical, high, medium, and low vulnerabilities across your systems.
Historical Overview: Tracks the opening and closing of vulnerabilities over time.
Known Risks: Lists known vulnerabilities by account and their risk rating.
Details: Shows a comprehensive list of open vulnerabilities with their status and product details.
