Company Management is your direct line to viewing and managing your company's operational essentials. It equips you with the tools to oversee service subscriptions, manage contact roles, and track orders with ease.
Prerequisites
To use the Users & Permissions section in the Arxus Portal, you need:
Access to the Arxus portal with the appropriate permissions to use this feature.
How to activate?
If your company has this service active, and you still can’t use it, contact your company portal administrator (usually this person, is who in your company has “Full Role” rights to the users and permission section).
Company Management Overview
Company management in the Arxus Portal is divided into three main tabs;

Here, you'll find listed below a real-time catalog of the services and applications to which your company is currently subscribed and an organized directory of your company's contacts.
Features;
In the features tab you can explore the available applications and roles that define your operational capabilities within the Arxus ecosystem. This tab helps in aligning your company’s workforce with the right tools and access privileges needed for their roles.
Orders;
The Orders tab is the last tab within Company Management, laid out in a table format, providing information such as the date of the order, the type of service ordered, the domain, and the action taken (e.g., 'Add' or 'Remove'). Here, users can:
Track Order History: Review past orders to monitor the company's service changes over time.
Analyze Service Usage: Understand the frequency and type of services ordered, which can inform future budgeting and service planning decisions.
From within company management in the Arxus Portal you can also update or edit your company's information, by clicking the "edit the company information" button.
