Optimize Your Device IT Operations
Endpoint management in the Arxus Portal is a tailor crafted report where you'll be able to
monitor and analyze device performance with a detailed report.
Prerequisites
To use Endpoint Management in the Arxus Portal you need:
Access to the Arxus portal with the appropriate permissions to use this feature.
Your company must have you activated this service with Arxus.
How to activate?
If your company has this service active, and you still can’t use it, contact your company portal administrator (usually this person, is who in your company has “Full Role” rights to the users and permission section).
In the Endpoint management report you can find the following views;
Device Performance Data: Provides an overview of average scores, boot scores, and login scores for different device models.
Device Performance Data Details: Offers detailed performance metrics for each device including user name, device name, model, and scores.
Windows Update: Tracks the status of device updates including quality updates, feature updates, and up-to-date devices percentage.
Windows Update Details: Displays a comprehensive list of detailed Windows update information for each device.
Application Data: Shows the most used and most crashed applications, detected applications, and applications with high failed installation rates.
