Managing Companies Effectively with Company Switch
As a reseller within the Arxus Portal, your role is integral to the management and administration of the companies you represent. An important aspect of this role is the ability to 'switch' to the company profile you are managing. The Company Switch feature is designed to provide you with the perspective and permissions of an internal member of the company. This is not just a convenience; it's a requirement for ensuring that any changes made are properly reflected and that services and user permissions are managed effectively and responsibly.

Essential Actions via Company Switch
Service and Application Adjustments
To modify the suite of Arxus Portal services and applications a company is utilizing, you must use the Company Switch feature. This allows you to act with the level of user admin of that company, giving you the ability to tailor the services and applications to the company’s specific needs. For example, updating subscriptions, adding tenants, and editing M365 subscriptions.
User and Access Management:
When adding or removing users, or when altering the user roles and permission groups within the company, you also need to use the Company Switch. This function ensures you are able to manage who has access to the company’s Arxus Portal and define the extent of their permissions, all while operating under the guise of the company’s profile. Once you switch the company, you will also be able to create permissions groups.
