This article will delve into the capabilities of how to add a Microsoft 365 Subscription for your customers within the Arxus Portal.
Prerequisites
To use Microsoft 365 Subscriptions in the Arxus Portal you need:
Access to the Arxus portal with the appropriate permissions to use this feature.
Your company must have you activated this service with Arxus.
How to activate?
If your company has this service active, and you still can’t use it, contact your company portal administrator (usually this person, is who in your company has “Full Role” rights to the users and permission section).
Adding a Subscription
1. Switch Company: Switch to the company you want to add M365 Licenses. Once you have performed the company switch, you will see an orange banner indicating that the actions you perform, will happen on the customer you switched to action.
If you can't find your customer in the list, you probably haven't onboarded them into the Arxus Portal yet. Make sure to add them into the Arxus Customer Portal and then perform the customer switch.
2. Start the Process: Now that you are in your customers environment; Click on '+ Add subscription' to initiate adding a new subscription.
3. Tenant Selection: Choose the appropriate tenant of your customer for the new subscription. If your customer doesn't have a tenant, you can add one in the Tenant Configuration section.
4.Subscription Selection: Select from the available subscriptions, and preferred SKU’s. The menu will display different tabs based on your tenant's qualifications:
Commercial: For commercial tenants.
Nonprofit: For nonprofit tenants.
Educational: For educational tenants.
Note:
If your tenant is commercial, you will only see the commercial tab.
If your tenant is nonprofit, you will see both commercial and nonprofit tabs.
If your tenant is educational, you will see both commercial and educational tabs.
Here, you will also be able to see an indicative pricing of all the available m365 licenses available in the Arxus Portal.
5. Customization: Customize your chosen subscription by setting the quantity, term, and end date.
6. Confirmation: Review the summary of your customers subscription and confirm to activate it. Remember, cancellations are only possible until midnight of the activation day.
