This Article will delve into the capabilities of how to add a Microsoft 365 Subscription from within the Arxus Portal.


Prerequisites

To use Microsoft 365 Subscriptions in the Arxus Portal you need:

  • Access to the Arxus portal with the appropriate permissions to use this feature.

  • Your company must have you activated this service with Arxus.

How to activate?

If your company has this service active, and you still can’t use it, contact your company portal administrator (usually this person, is who in your company has “Full Role” rights to the users and permission section).


Adding a Subscription

Navigate to Microsoft 365 Subscriptions within the Arxus Portal and;

  1. Start the Process: Click on '+ Add subscription' to initiate adding a new subscription.



  2. Tenant Selection: Choose the appropriate tenant for the new subscription. If you don't have a tenant, you can add one in the Tenant Configuration section.



  3. Subscription Selection: Select from the available subscriptions, and preferred SKU’s. The menu will display different tabs based on your tenant's qualifications:

    • Commercial: For commercial tenants.

    • Nonprofit: For nonprofit tenants.

    • Educational: For educational tenants.

    Note:

    • If your tenant is commercial, you will only see the commercial tab.

    • If your tenant is nonprofit, you will see both commercial and nonprofit tabs.

    • If your tenant is educational, you will see both commercial and educational tabs.



4. Customization: Customize your chosen subscription by setting the quantity, term, and end date.



5. Confirmation: Review the summary of your subscription and confirm to activate it. Remember, cancellations are only possible until midnight of the activation day.
