This section presents a detailed table, each column offering specific insights:

  • Status: Indicates the current state of each subscription, such as Active, Suspended, Disabled, and Expired.

  • Active: The subscription is valid and working.

  • Suspended:

    • Definition: The subscription has been temporarily halted.

    • Who Can Suspend: Only Reseller personnel can suspend the subscription. You cannot suspend your own subscriptions.

    • Reason for Suspension: Typically initiated by the reseller or partner as a lever for various administrative reasons, such as ensuring compliance with payment terms or resolving disputes.

    • Implication: You cannot access any files or use any services linked to the subscription while it is suspended. This action ensures that services are only available when all terms are met. If your subscription has been suspended please contact your CSM or the Service Desk.

  • Expired:

    • Definition: The subscription has reached its end date and has not been renewed.

    • Grace Period: After expiration, there is a 30-day grace period during which you can still access data linked to the subscription. This period allows you to renew the subscription or take necessary actions before the subscription becomes disabled.

  • Disabled:

    • Definition: The status after a subscription has expired and the grace period has ended.

    • Implication: The subscription is no longer usable, and you lose access to the data and services associated with it.

  • Quantity: Shows the number of licenses allocated for each subscription.

  • Renewal Date: Indicates the date when each subscription is due for renewal. The renewal date depends on the duration and the auto-renew option of the subscription. The warning outline means the subscription is about to expire or has some problem that needs attention.

  • Auto Renew: Reveals if the subscription is set for automatic renewal. By default, all subscriptions auto-renew.

  • Changes Scheduled: Alerts to any scheduled changes for the subscription, such as adding or removing licenses and the time frame for which they expire. Yes means there are changes scheduled. – means there are no changes scheduled.

  • Duration: Details the length of the subscription period that was set when acquired.

  • Trial: Identifies if the subscription is a trial version.

  • Legacy: Indicates if the subscription is a legacy version. A legacy subscription is a subscription that has been discontinued or replaced by a newer product. Yes means the subscription is a legacy. No means the subscription is not a legacy. It is not possible to manage legacy subscriptions within the Arxus portal.
