Manage your Azure Subscriptions 
Within Tenant Configuration in the Arxus Portal, you can efficiently manage and monitor your Azure tenants and subscriptions. Within this section, you will have access to a comprehensive dashboard where you can view all your tenants, add or create new Azure tenants, new Azure subscriptions, and add existing Azure subscriptions.
Prerequisites
To use Tenant Configuration in the Arxus Portal you need:
Access to the Arxus portal with the appropriate permissions to use this feature.
Your company must have you activated this service with Arxus.
How to activate?
If your company has this service active, and you still can’t use it, contact your company portal administrator (usually this person, is who in your company has “Full Role” rights to the users and permission section).
Creating a New Azure Subscription
If you are a reseller and want to add or create an Azure tenant for your customer, you must use the company switch feature, and switch to the company you would like to perform this action for.
Access the Tenant Configuration Dashboard: From the main menu, navigate to the Tenant Configuration section.
Choose an Action: Click on “Create new Azure subscription” or “Add existing Azure subscription” from the options available.
Step by Step process
Choose an Action: Click on "Create new Azure subscription" from the options available.
Select Tenant: Choose on which one of your Tenants you would like to add the subscription on.
Enter Subscription Name: Provide a unique name for your new subscription.
Confirm Subscription Details: Review the tenant and subscription name details and click "Next."
Submit Request: Submit your request. A ServiceNow case will be created, and the new subscription will be visible to users with access.
Adding an Existing Azure Subscription
If you are a reseller and want to add or create an Azure tenant for your customer, you must use the company switch feature, and switch to the company you would like to perform this action for.
Access the Tenant Configuration Dashboard: From the main menu, navigate to the Tenant Configuration section.
Choose an Action: Click on “Create new Azure subscription” or “Add existing Azure subscription” from the options available.

Choose an Action: Click on "Add existing Azure subscription" from the options available.
Activate Arxus Cloud Custodian Extended: Click the provided link to open the Azure Portal and activate the Arxus Cloud Custodian Extended, giving Arxus permission to manage the subscription.
Contact Roles
In Tenant Configuration, various contact roles are required to ensure proper management and communication. These roles include:
Technical Contact: This person is responsible for technical questions, receiving technical information, and accessing log service tickets.
Commercial Contact: This contact receives commercial information and communications.
Data Protection Officer (DPO): Responsible for DPA/GDPR/privacy-related communications. This can be the technical contact if no dedicated DPO is available.
You can create these contact roles in the Users & Permissions section of the Arxus Portal, ensuring all required fields like email and phone number are completed.
