Understand how to use the Tenant Configuration dashboard in the Arxus Portal to view and manage Azure tenants and their details.

Streamline Your Management

Within Tenant Configuration in the Arxus Portal, you can efficiently manage and monitor your Azure tenants and subscriptions. Within this section, you will have access to a comprehensive dashboard where you can view all your tenants, add or create new Azure tenants, new Azure subscriptions, and add existing Azure subscriptions.

Prerequisites

To use Tenant Configuration in the Arxus Portal you need:

  • Access to the Arxus portal with the appropriate permissions to use this feature.

  • Your company must have you activated this service with Arxus.

How to activate?

If your company has this service active, and you still can’t use it, contact your company portal administrator (usually this person, is who in your company has “Full Role” rights to the users and permission section).


Tenant Configuration Dashboard

In the Tenant Configuration dashboard, you can view a list of all tenants associated with your account. The dashboard provides key details for each tenant, such as the tenant primary domain, status, and the number of subscriptions managed under each category (Azure CSP, Azure Subscriptions provided via Arxus CSP, External Discovered Azure Subscriptions, and M365 Subscriptions). You can filter and search for specific tenants using the search and filter options.


Viewing Tenant Details

When you click on a tenant in the dashboard, a detailed view with three tabs appears:

  1. Tenant Tab: Displays information about the CSP partner relation and the number of Azure Plan subscriptions, external discovered Azure subscriptions, and M365 subscriptions.


  2. Azure Subscriptions Tab: Lists all Azure subscriptions associated with the tenant, their status, and details.


  3. M365 Subscriptions Tab: Shows all M365 subscriptions, their status, auto-renew settings, and other details.
