Create or Add Azure tenants with ease

Within Tenant Configuration in the Arxus Portal, you can efficiently manage and monitor your Azure tenants and subscriptions. Within this section, you will have access to a comprehensive dashboard where you can view all your tenants, add or create new Azure tenants, create new Azure subscriptions, and add existing Azure subscriptions. This module will delve into the capabilities of the Tenant Configuration within the Arxus Portal.


Prerequisites

To use Tenant Configuration in the Arxus Portal you need:

  • Access to the Arxus portal with the appropriate permissions to use this feature.

  • Your company must have you activated this service with Arxus.

How to activate?

If your company has this service active, and you still can’t use it, contact your company portal administrator (usually this person, is who in your company has “Full Role” rights to the users and permission section).


Adding or Creating a New Azure Tenant

If you are a reseller and want to add or create an Azure tenant for your customers please follow this separate guide here

  1. Access the Tenant Configuration Dashboard: From the main menu, navigate to the Tenant Configuration section.

2. Choose an Action: Click on "Add or create new Azure tenant"


Steps to Create a New Tenant

  1. Indicate if You Already Have a Tenant: If you already have a tenant registered, you can choose to register an additional tenant.

  2. Select to Create a New Tenant: Choose "Create new tenant" and click "Next."

  3. Enter Tenant Name: Provide a unique name for your tenant in the .onmicrosoft.com domain.

  4. Select Contacts: Choose the technical contact, commercial contact, and DPO (Data Protection Officer) contact. If these roles are not yet created, you can create contact roles in the Users & Permissions section of the Arxus Portal.

  5. Select Customer Flow: If multiple customer flows are available, select the appropriate one for your company

  6. Confirm and Submit: Review your details and click "Confirm" to submit your request


Onboarding an Existing Tenant

  1. Indicate if You Already Have a Tenant: If you already have a tenant registered, you can choose to register an additional tenant.

  2. Select to Onboard Existing Tenant: Choose "Onboard existing tenant" and click "Next."

  3. Enter Tenant Information: Provide the onmicrosoft.com tenant name and primary domain name.

  4. Verify Domain: Follow the provided links to verify the primary domain in the Office 365 Admin Console or Azure AD portal, and input it where requested.

  5. Select Contacts: Choose the technical contact, commercial contact, and DPO (Data Protection Officer) contact.

  6. Select Customer Flow: Choose the appropriate customer flow for your company.

  7. Confirm and Submit: Review your details and click "Confirm" to submit your request.
