In-Depth Device Performance Analysis
The Device Performance Data Report view offers an in-depth look at the performance metrics of your devices, including average scores for boot and login performance, highlighting critical areas that may need attention.
Prerequisites
To use Endpoint Management in the Arxus Portal you need:
Access to the Arxus portal with the appropriate permissions to use this feature.
Your company must have you activated this service with Arxus.
How to activate?
If your company has this service active, and you still can’t use it, contact your company portal administrator (usually this person, is who in your company has “Full Role” rights to the users and permission section).
Summary Metrics
In the Device Performance Data view, you will find:
Average Score: A tile presenting the overall average performance score of devices.
Average Boot Score: A tile showing the average boot performance score.
Average Login Score: A tile displaying the average login performance score.
Visual Data Representation
The Device Performance Data Report view also includes:
Average Device Performance per Model: A bar graph illustrating the average performance score, boot score, and login score for different device models.
Top 15 Most Bluescreened Devices: A bar graph showing the devices that have experienced the most bluescreens within a specified period.
Devices Performing 70% Under Average Performance: A list highlighting device that are performing significantly below the average performance threshold.
In-Depth Metrics Breakdown
Additionally, in the Device Performance Data view, you can find:
Average Score Over Time: A line graph showing the trend of average performance scores over a selected period.
Devices Performing 70% Under Average Performance: A detailed list of devices that are underperforming based on specific metrics like boot and login scores.
Filtering and Search Options
To help you focus your analysis, the Device Performance Data view offers:
Device Performance Threshold %: Allows setting a threshold percentage to filter devices based on their performance scores.
Device Model Filter: A dropdown to select specific device models for detailed analysis.
Date Range Selector: Enables customization of the displayed data by selecting specific date ranges.
