Overview

Arxus uses email to keep you informed about important service-related updates. Email notifications are informational only and help you stay aware of maintenance, incidents, or changes that may affect your environment.


What Emails You May Receive

You may receive emails from Arxus for the following reasons:

Maintenance notifications

Messages informing you about planned maintenance, service windows, or technical work that may temporarily affect your services.

Major incident communications

Emails that inform you about critical incidents, ongoing investigations, and recovery progress.

Planning or schedule changes

Updates about adjustments in planned maintenance, rescheduling of activities, or important operational changes that may impact your environment.

Support case notifications

If you have an open support case, you will receive emails related to:

  • Case creation or updates

  • Requests for additional information

  • Resolution notifications

  • Changes in case status


If You Are Not Receiving Emails

If you are not receiving emails you expect, you may need to:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Verify that your company firewall or mail filters allow messages from Arxus Group

  • Confirm that your user account email address is correct

  • Contact your internal administrator to confirm message filtering rules
