What Emails You May Receive

Emails that inform you about critical incidents, ongoing investigations, and recovery progress.
Planning or schedule changes
Updates about adjustments in planned maintenance, rescheduling of activities, or important operational changes that may impact your environment.
Support case notifications
If you have an open support case, you will receive emails related to:
Case creation or updates
Requests for additional information
Resolution notifications
Changes in case status
If You Are Not Receiving Emails
If you are not receiving emails you expect, you may need to:
Check your spam or junk folder
Verify that your company firewall or mail filters allow messages from Arxus Group
Confirm that your user account email address is correct
Contact your internal administrator to confirm message filtering rules
If the issue persists, contact the Arxus Service Desk.
