What is the Service Catalog and where can I find it?

The Service Catalog is your central place to request standard operational changes.

  • Location: Navigate to Customer Service Portal > Service Catalog .

  • Categories: The catalog is organized into categories like DNS/SSL, Modern Workplace, Server Management, and Services .

  • Usage: Select the relevant category (e.g., Server Management), fill out the tailored form, and submit. These requests are tracked as Service Requests, not Support Cases .
