Logging Into the Customer Portal

Find out how to access the Customer Portal, set up multi-factor authentication, and manage password resets with ease.

Upon joining the Arxus, you will receive an email from [email protected] containing your username and a unique URL to the Arxus Sharing Service. This link directs you to your temporary password, which is available for a limited time or number of views. Follow these steps to log in:

  1. Open the email from Arxus to find your login credentials.

  2. Click the URL provided to retrieve your temporary password.

  3. Visit the Arxus Portal login page and enter your username and temporary password


Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

For enhanced security, Arxus enforces multi-factor authentication (MFA). After entering your login details, you'll need to verify your identity with an additional step:

By default, you will receive an SMS with a 6-digit code on your registered mobile phone.

Enter this code on the login page to gain access to the portal.

We recommend switching to an authenticator app for a more secure and user-friendly MFA experience, which you can set up after your initial login.


Password Reset

If you forget your password, you can reset it:

  1. Click the ‘Reset password’ link on the login screen.

  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to receive a PIN number via email.

  3. Complete the MFA challenge to proceed with setting a new password.
