Only users with access to the "Users & Permissions" section can assign other users to relevant groups based on their roles. These users also have the ability to create custom permission groups to meet specific needs. Users gain permissions that correspond to their group’s predefined access levels, providing structured and secure access within the Arxus Ecosystem.

Activity Log Overview

In the Activity tab of your profile, you'll find a comprehensive log that records each activity done by you. This detailed audit trail is designed to enhance the security of your account by providing transparency and a means to detect any unauthorized access or activities.

Key Features of the Activity Log:

  • Date & Time: Each entry is timestamped, allowing you to trace the exact moment an activity occurred. This can be critical in identifying any unusual access patterns or times that fall outside your normal usage.

  • Email Identifier: Your registered email address is logged with every activity. This consistency ensures that all activities are accurately attributed to your account.

  • Activity Description: A brief description accompanies each entry. For instance, "User attempted to log in via Cronos Azure AD" signifies an authentication attempt through the Azure Active Directory service linked with Cronos, hinting at the integrated security mechanisms in place.

By keeping an eye on this log, you can stay vigilant about your account's integrity. It's a smart way to keep tabs on your digital footprint within the organization's network.

Navigational Note: The current view is set to display activities from the "last 30 days," but you can adjust this according to your needs using the date range filter provided

Orders Overview

When you access the Orders tab, you'll see a list displaying various details of your orders, including the Customer flow, Type, Domain, Ordered by, Date, Resource, Action, and Quantity.

This helps you to have a clear and concise view of what has been ordered, when, and by whom, offering critical insights into your order history.

Note the alert at the top of the page: 'Only products ordered from within the portal are shown. Change requests via the Arxus Service Desk are not included.' This is an important distinction to keep in mind as it ensures that you are aware that some orders might not be displayed here if they were processed through other channels.

Remember that understanding your Orders tab is key to effective management of your purchases and services with Arxus. It allows for better planning and utilization of your resources.
